Indeed I have captured many photos for this elegant Orchid flowers, I selected this one for its sharpness and textures. The pot in background belong to other plant ( Azalea ) in which I feel it makes a good consolidation in the base.

As usual very nice work, l agree with Michael suggestion about color saturation, still it has a very nice colors.

Len.. not to mention the beauty of isolation and the blurred background, I find the subject is very beautifully occupied the middle of the square format you have choose, so you have brilliantly broken the Rule of Thirds. Really really very nice work.
