    Momma, the light one, is trying to protect her 3 cubs from a big male bully.

    The standoff lasted about 10 minutes, then Momma desperately tried to

    shoo him away. He chased her into the woods, and two of the cubs

    followed. The runt of the three cubs didn't make it though. That's nature.

    What a wonderful shot! The warmth of the boy's smile shows a great connection to the Photographer, and the light in his eyes is fantastic. Great work!

    One way would be to select the left section, feathered a bit, then the middle (following the rays down) and make new layers of each. Then I would tweak the colors and luminosity of each to match the right side. Best you could do without Photoshop CS3 I think. Nice panorama though.
