1.
This copy is taken directly from your web site, written by you...

On top of sharing some of the most precious moments in people’s lives, I have the opportunity to capture the memory to be shared with further generations. What a blessing! I love being around people. It’s important to me that the client gets what they expect and more. I’m very passionate about what I do and I strive for excellence.

Seems to me that the MOG request falls into the I-can-do-for-you category since (I'll use your words again) It’s important to me that the client gets what they expect and more.

 2.
This hasn't happened to me yet and I don't know why. A bride has asked that instead of working 4 continuous hours (as I normally would and bill that way) that I shoot for 2 hours break for 1.5 hours and then shoot for another 2 hours.
There seems to be a hole in their wedding timeline (shoot the wedding planner?) and I have been asked to take a seat.
Opinions ladies and gentlemen?

 3.
RAW, RAW, RAW.

The discussion starts and ends there. Although I am sure others may make the case for JPEG. So all you J-Peggers what is your rational? And to think that I was anti RAW and pro JPEG at one point. I was such a fool.

The best option is RAW/JPEG which most good cameras offer the option to do.

 4.
You are good, good enough to charge more based on what I saw in your wedding gallery. While I am not crazy about your web site, finding it drab, safe and pedestrian, your images are what it is all about and there solid. You seem to understand the use of balanced flash in particular in that light just before sunset and you get most of your colors with enough POP when you are not using the flash. Good Luck.

 5.
The degradation of the jpeg after editing is minimal. Save JPEG at highest resolution (DPI is a printing term) possible. You already know to shoot RAW next time and convert to JPEG.
Carole Pope? Rough Trade? Kevan Staples? One of my favorite Canadian bands from the late 70's.

 6.
I like the idea of using flash drives but I don't think anyone will like the math.
4GB USB flash drive = $22.99
4.7GB DVD = $0.49
20 weddings later
USB flash drive = $459.80
DVD = $9.80
Plus I have more room on the surface of the DVD to use for marketing.
