this is framed nicely but is washed out. if you increase the blacks in PS levels this will "pop" more.

I used the grey building in the distance as my vertical, the building on

the left is built with the angle towards the street. What do you all think?

Can, welcome to PN. Very nice picture, I do feel that there is no depth to the shot. the lighting flattens it, if you had a light source just a wee bit off to either side to create some shadow on her face it would help that.

gave a 7/6 because I really like the shot just had thoughts on improvments.

I like the other shot of her (B.2) but you shouldn't cut off the top of her head in that one. IMHO
