Jeff, You've got the correct moment, and I think you can bring your fireworks photography to the next level, with a tripod. Just imagine the buildings on the pier being spot-on sharp.

After playing (maybe a bit too much) with the colors, I fell in love with

this toning, what do you think, would it have been better in colour or

simple B&W? Thanks for your time.

She must have been playing for a very long time before getting this calm at the sea side! And you probably had to wait a long time to get this shot. congratulations!

I've been watching this picture for the past few hours. I continued browsing in a new window after I saw it and checked back several times. It is a very striking expression. I don't know what it is. Maybe that's why I have to look again and again at this picture.

    Bravo!

If your picture isn't good enough, you're not close enough. (Robert Capa)

I think I was close enough, no?

Thank you for your time (and critiques).

This looks very fake. I think the selection of the bird to work on the background (or the other way around) needs more attention. I would love to see this picture without digital alterations!

    Hamed,

Placed tripod in the middle of the square.

Did 2t full circles of 11 pictures one pointing down, one pointing up.

With Photoshop I merged them into 1 panorama.

Used some filters and lots of time to fill the middle of he square, I did not photograph as my tripod was there.

    Cheers!
