I like the DOF of this photo. The only thing I would suggest is doing something with - is that her shoulder? It's a bit destracting.

I love the colors in this photo! Very original photograph! IMHO, I think the top bug being a little out of focus gives the photo more depth...that's just me though.

It really depends on your client. Personally, I would make the edges fade just a bit more. Also, it will depend on the framing. For this one, I would do a pink, peach or that greenish-gold for the matting...

I'm not sure if you have photoshop, but if so, I would suggest maybe messing with the color a bit. The child's face, the sky and rocks are a bit blown out. I'm not sure if you did this on purpose though.
