Considering that I am the artist (it is a photograph of a photograph, not a framed painting), I would argue that the contribution is entirely my own. On my monitor, which is quite large, the details are perfectly clear. But upon further consideration, I agree that the unnecessary clutter of copier, desk, etc, are in fact a distraction. However, this was posted for the benefit of the small group who consistently and kindly comment upon my work. But since you are not familiar with my work, I understand that you might assume this image to be a photograph of a painting.

Agreed, because I myself have never seen it blown up and yes again, because I suppose that the only way to make maximum impact with the image...

I thank you for the kind words, but not sure I can shed much meaningful light.Taken at Octoberfest this past Sep 22, merely used one of a batch of favorite overlays/textures...beyond that it's simply a matter of dodging, burning, blurring, toning until it feels right, could obviously be presented in an endless variety of ways...but again, I thank you for your interest in my work, any and all of you...
