I am not sure what he is doing here in front of the tank - relaxing or protesting the war? The pose/posture and facial expression of the subject are important for the audience to understand the message. In this photo, IMHO, they are a bit confusing.

The white dots in the sky and a few of them right above the arch - do they exist on the film, or are they artifacts introduced during the scan? I'd probably clone them out.
