Another view of the broken down cell buikdings, this one from a large
hall.

Another in a series I have done of this old cell block and later a
reformatory, this been part of the old washrooms. all the walls here are
graphitied.

Another image from numerous captures I have done of an old
abondoned cell block, these particular buildings are part of the
outbuildings of a manor house dating to around 1795 and originally
these outbuildings were a convict station and later a reformatory at
which stage more modern ablutions were installed. I liked the light and
textures here , I know its a bit of a strange subject matter.

Hi. Thanks for all the comments. Ray this was shot in a farm area about 40 minutes out of Cape Town. At the time in winter lush green fields but going into summer it will become dry . A lot of canola is grown around here now. Looking at the B&W it does give feeling of desert, with these farms stretching miles into the distance.
