The "white part" is indeed there for adding text. The final work will be an ad.

I liked the visual line created by the white pointing his ear and continued by his sight direction. So the white part is not bothering for me.

What I wanted to ask is about the colour in his skin tone, is it disturbing?

I would like to know if you find the colours exagerated or not.

I really like the way it looks now but should I make some

corrections on his skin?

That's the punctum of your image, as I perceive it, and the top part it's kind of weakening the power of your image.
