I think it kinda creates a ghostly effect. You should try to incorporate it into an image. -

Even though your camera had poor quality, you should still reduce the image size down before you upload to photo.net (read the guidelines on the upload page). Many (but not all) of the photos in your folder fall under this category.
Anyways, decent rule of thirds of this shot. There is a nice alternating pattern of light to dark areas. The lens flare is nice. I think its probably half to a full stop under exposed and it would be nice if the sun wasn't right in the middle of the shot. Not too shabby, though. ;-)
