That's a fair comment, David.
In all honesty, I only posted this for critique to get space to upload another shot... however, as always, your comments are constructive and very helpful.

Jerry...
Is there any chance you could post the result of your experimentation, so that I can have a look?

Cheers Mark.... I'll keep playing!

A carefully positioned car with headlights on full beam provided the lighting

Desperateley looking for a shot in my portfolio that I hadn't put forward
for critique, as I needed to put more images in (I'm a cheapskate free-
bee member!!!) and came across this one...

Thanks for the comment Jerry.
That's a good idea... about the dirt/grease.
She's coming back for another shoot in a couple of days... so I'll do that.
I'll see if I can muster up a pair of boots from somewhere, too.

That was a bit harsh....
what if she turns out to be my wife?
what would you say then?

Thankyou, Robert.
Beautiful? If you're referring to the model, I have absolutely no argument... she blew me away.

Nice shot.
I love pictures like this, ie... almost fully black - makes the subject really stand out. The shadowy atmospheric feel of this photograph is very good too.
Great work.

Please be kind...

This is probably my favourite shot from a really excellent shoot on Tuesday November
16th 2010...
Absolutely great pictures, and the model was wonderful.

Hmm...
I did actually do a version in black and white, but preferred this one.
Here's the B&W version...

Hi everyone.
This is my first offering to photo.net for a few weeks. I've been taking a bit of a
sabbatical.
I was a bit wary of the superstitious risks involved in opening an umbrella indoors,
but the photos turned out rather well.
Your comments are most welcome.
