Fantastic work. Detail in eyes is ok for me. Personaly when I see close-up photos of beautiful eyes I just ignore the skin. But because you ask, I like this blur in your photo. Beautiful light (octagonal soft-box).

Good capture of expression, nice theme, pleasant colours.

I think it would be better to include more on the lower-right part of photo and less in lower-left (rotate a little counterwise). I like the blur of motion in combination with the theme "speed" but composition is not perfect (in my opinion). I did not rate this photo (originality would be 6 but aesthetics I don't know). Sorry for my english.
