I like this, its fantastically alien, but I'm slightly distracted by the orange highlights in the top left. -
I don't like it. I don't like it not because its been digitally edited (though I don't think this particular image is appropriate for a photography site), but because its been digitally edited *badly*.
The reflections in the bubbles are very poor fakes. The most obviouse example is the bubble behind the head, somehow relecting the front of the head.

I agree with the comment above, I would crop the bright patch out of the lower portion of the frame. It is a powerful and moving photo.

I know its not an origanal idea, its just a simple shot of a pretty
flower, but I thought the execution was fair, and that it was quite
pretty, nice colours, reasonable focus, acceptable composure.
Did it really deserve the 1 & 2 out of 10 it got from Sherman
Stebbins? Is it really that bad? I'm sure I've seen worse.

I'd love to get some feedback on this shot. I think its one of my
best. I'd also like to get some more general feedback on my work, so
please, comment on any of the photos in my folders, I'd especially
like to hear peoples advice on what areas of my work I should focus
on improving.
