As if seen under a microscope...

Simple set-up that do seem to work for a lot of different material looking
at previous posts. Next step= dramatizing the lightfalls.

I do agree with you that the left draws less interest than the right on this image. I have a cropped version just like that, but I wanted to post it the way I initially saw and recorded it. Was Feeling good about just being there and totally into taking pictures as they come and not looking for them.
Thanks for sharing.

Practice, practice, practice.
Looking forward to using more lights and changing set-ups though.

First take. Studio Flash w/umbrella and white reflector.
Background's kinda distractive but seemed better than brickwall at the
time(?!).

Practicing lighting and composition one step at a time.

The flights were kinda frantic but the whole scene put together looked
terrific, so too were my expectations. I was pleased.

Wow now! ThankYou Linda for your enthusiasm and appreciation of the picture.
Cheers!

One of these sunsets you're in a position to appreciate because you're
in the right place , or a good place, at the right time and a pix recorder
of course. Any will do.

Some morning quietness...

Being from Paris, I have a thing for public bench.

Though it is a time spent doing some night capture the take on the subject is if not classical at best an exercise well conducted but which doesn't convey any mood at all and just a night photography at best. Night gives a chance to have a take on something that we don't see or don't look at in the same way we do during the day. Nothing new here. Just another night shot.

I liked the tone and the stillness of the scene. Peaceful I felt.
Small shadow of the rock is an extra my position couldn't avoid.

A perfect Pick for the season.

Looks like it was not the best time to take a picture in this delightful natural environment. Just the way the light falls does not allow dark and bright areas to mutually balance each other to bring the eye to embrace the scene at once. There are some spots, according to your exposure and the rendition of your recording, that would have been more interesting to look at and study and thus could have given way to better controlled compositions, probably on texture and forms. Curious effect also the different rythms of the water elements.
But sure looks like a place to be. Cheers.
