Mendel-I'd like to have the images in different directories so that tools that allow me to perform processes such as uploads to my photo site, or mass editing editing by directory can be done without regard to the file type.

I'm on a PC. I'm currently on XP but moving to Vista in about a week (as soon as my new computer arrives) if there are any tools in Vista that make this easier.

The scenario:
I have found that shooting with both raw (NEF on my D80) and highest quality
JPG gives me the best of both worlds. I have the raw file for any edits I may
want to do in the future plus a JPG which already has some of the white balance
adjustments, etc. already applied and is already compressed if I want to upload
it to my file sharing site or e-mail it out.
The only problem I have is this:
Both images are stored in the same directory so weeding through the NEFs and
the JPGs can become troublsome.
The Question:
Does anyone know of software that will allow me to transfer the images but
place the JPGs and the RAW files into different subdirectories of the directory
named during the import?

Thank you all for your help. Phil you hit the nail on the head this is not something I want to do again and again everytime I load images from the camera.
I know there are many tricks about sorting directories by type or size or even writing scripts which I've already done. But I have to do these everytime I do an import. I am looking for software with this functionality as part of the import utility.
