I think you did quit good overall job with it. Only thing got in my eyes is the position of the lighthouse, I think it is a bit too cornered where it is now. And of course, when you mentioned the lighthouse in the title, i would presume that it would be in the leading role here. The soft blue "look" fits well for this kind of image.

I think this is very good B/W picture. I dont know how to do B/W pictures, but this pleased my eyes and then i think this is good :)
