Brooks the controls are accessable two ways. Aperature shutter and program modes are controled through thumb wheels and buttons The Digital portion has a menu system through the display screen. There are two levels of access Basic and advanced. The advanced section is very deep but there is one neet feature. You can preprogram up to five hotkeys. Punch in Five of the most used features you use and it takes you there bypassing the main menus.

Ellis thanks fo your comments. The main point I was trying to make was that i was surprised by their choice of bodies. The F80 has a bright focus light and features that you would not normaly find on a pro camera. I would have thought they might have picked the F100 body. If you are looking for High resolution and powerfull features for product, Wedding and portrature than this camera is for you.
Brookes they had a 24 X 36 wedding shot there that would nock your socks off. I was just surprised that they would use such a cheep camera body.

Well after an invitation to view the hype offered by Kodak Canada i
went last night to the big kickoff. In a nutshell I was dissapointed
with the camera. In all the pictures it looked like a unique type of
body upon seeing the real thing it is a Nikon F80 with the Kodak
back and base grafted on. It is not plastic like its brother but
Magnesium. A pop up flash was a surprise ( would you see one on a D1
or 1Ds ). Kodak has pushed out all sports shooters like myself ( I
use a DCS 620 ) The only option for them would be the D1H. Has
anyone else handled the new 14n? It seems to me like a High
resolution Portraite camera with the feel of a consumer body. Just
my opinion.
