I wouldn't say you captured the image, you created it. Very well too. What i like most about it is that the central bright area pull attention to it, but the image flows around to the sky and the water. The silhouette of the islands break up the horizon nicely. Well done.

I can only guess that having the entire image out of focus was intentional, but why?

There is no detail in the middle models clothing, makes it look like a big hole in the center of the image. Odd attire for wagon hitching.

The tall grass in the foreground is more apparent than anything else in the picture, it even covers the umbrella that i think is what is supposed to be the subject. There is almost no detail in any of the sand, all of the highlights have been blown out. Doesn't do much for me.

The images combined here all have different perspectives, the resulting combination doesn't really work for me. The sky looks flat, not like a sky reaching towards the horizon. And the birds and the house appear to be in the same plane, so that is either a small house or very large birds.

 

While each element is exposed well and has plenty of detail, i don't really think they go together well.

I don't see the distortion adding anything to the composition. A lot of careful work on exposure and print processing basically throw away with a distortion filter.

The composition is good, but the contrast it way off, and it looks like you have some scan lines on the right side of the image.

The foreground being out of focus is distracting to me. The exposure is good and i like the framing.
