Yes you are right it is intentionally off focus. And this is because I wanted to capture the colors not the subjects and probably a certain mood that I had that instant.

Hi Ivanovici,

The willingness to play with photography at this level is a true indicator of your talent. Intentionally shooting out of focus isn't going to get great rates on PN but, in my opinion, is as valid as DOF and blur. You're just confusing them so don't take the rates to heart ;)

I really like this image and honestly can't find a way to improve it. It's a wonderful abstract and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I echo John Mac's comments above. You have the ability to see; surprising how rare that is (this was a comments my creative writing teacher scribbled on one of my essays when I was a freshman in college. I've never forgotten it).
