I'm not a snake person at all!  I had to look.  This looks like a venomous snake. The eye details will haunt me in my sleep tonight.  It does blend in quite well with the surroundings maybe that's the point.  Good DOF.   Gail

It is a beautiful loving moment!  I love the yellow's ears flipped up.  The grey eyebrows and muzzle are have years of good times on them.  It reminds me of my little old man. He's 13.  Thanks for sharing and smiles.  Gail
