It's a lovely picture, but it's a little flat. A boost in contrast or a curves adjustment might help. A slight boost in saturations could help as well. -
Great composition and pose; fantastic B&W conversion. I love how she's pointing her toes andthe flip of her hair, it really brings tension to the image. Great twist on a classic subject. -

This is a really, really beautiful picture with gorgeous colors. As it is now, it'd make a perfect postcard. :) I think you could make it a little more interesting with a slightly different composition/crop, but I'm not exactly sure what I'd suggest for that. -
