What a wonderful shot. It's so hard to take a unique shot of a so often taken subject.
I love the 2 kids in the foreground and the single kite a bit offsetting the balance. I would maybe increase the green saturation, just a bit.

Great image and crop! Turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. Congratulations.

I actually found myself blowing on my monitor, willing the smoke to bend :)
Great capture and crop!

I love your idea. Maybe if each one was not a copy /clone of the other, it would be more powerful. If say the flame pattern was a bit different on each one. Otherwise, congrats.

Powerful image, bravo.
I think it might be a good idea crop out the entire bottom third (and part of the left side). The puddle, while to an educated viewer might be obvious, is distracting.

I agree with Kevin, a bit oversaturated. That said, it's still striking, with lovely shadows! Bravo. 6/6

This was a rare blue-sky evening in deep winter Cleveland. We had
weeks of dreary, cold weather and grey skies and then this single,
glorious day. I captured this just outside my home.
Thanks for looking.

I love this photo. Great subject and contrast between forms. Seems like you had to prepare yourself on a rooftop to get it. The only nit-pick I have is the gray-scale roof area near the corner of the crane, where it sprouts from the roof. If you already got a two tone, high contrast image, might as well go all the way :) .

I love the contrast between the golden-yellow and the dark grey sky.
I only wonder how it would look if you cropped it a bit more from the bottom, removing the horizontal yellow line. It seems to me too static, versus the flowing character of the rest of the image.
Congrats!

I love images of small flowers, and you nicely captured this delicate one. I feel this one is a bit too blue, as though you used a flash on it. Maybe you can adjust the color a bit?

I like this a lot, thanks. After seeing the slightly more contrasty ( http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=7431329 ) one you have, I like that one even better. It gives a touch darker mood and is not as perfectly symmetrical.

This is a beautiful image. The 3 angles, the gentle passing from one gray to another. So calm and almost dreamy. Thanks for sharing.
