    Hello all

     

    I am looking for some help. I have been asked to shoot 8 people that will be

    testing for there black belt in a couple of weeks. The room that they will be

    in is about 40 x 40 and with short ceiling and the lighting is not the greatest.

     

    I shoot a Canon 30d and have a canon 24-70 f2.8 lens that i would like to use.

    I also have a canon 580 flash.

     

    Can I get some feedback on what maybe I shoot be setting my camera too.

     

    Also I was planning on shooting Manual and was wondering about setting my white

    & Balance by shooting a gray card.

    Hello

     

    I did have a Sigma 70-200 f2.8 APO IF HSM that I purchased two years ago for $650.00 dollars off ebay and I just sold it i to ebay for $550. I used the lens to shoot Ice Hockey photos. I just purchased a new canon 70-200 at the price of $1,700. dollars and I must say it is better but for the normal person the Sigma is a great lens and I would not spend the money for the canon.
