    Thank you all for the positive feedback. The image was captured at Blesbok. a wetland that flows through Guateng, the economic heartland of South Africa. Google earth "Blesbok Nigel Gauteng". Come over for a game or two of world cup soccer and bring you camera and long lense. There is so much to photograph in our country. big five, small Five, medium Five.

    Through my years of watching lion's in the wild I am now convinced that

    male lions rape their lioness's at will. The lioness actually cringes when

    approached and the male always exhibits aggression to enforce

    submission.
