Do 2 "move images" for each image e.g. move all the images you want to sequence to "Single Images" folder, then move them back to original folder in (reverse)order you want. Generally the last image moved is the one that is viewed first. Some exceptions, but usually works.

XTi & EF-S 17-55 2.8 would do extremely well in low light. The lens is expensive but one of Canon's best made lenses. I use the EF-S 17-85 which seems to work well, but haven't as yet done much low-light work.

Rebel XTi and Tamron 18-200 would fit your budget. A firm called Camera Armor now makes a rubber sleeve for the XTi which costs about $40 US. It gives the camera reasonable protection. I also like it because it gives the camera a substantial feel.

For me there's not much to be learned from a set of numbers - neither the rater nor the photographer gains. Especially so when the rater is possibly biased, or worse. People seem to be too lazy to really look at an image and give a constructive critique. I rarely rate others or submit my images for rating.

Agree with Peter van N. Ratings from a non-expert who may be biased are totally meaningless. I think it is pure laziness (or worse) to give a number without justifying it - benefits neither the photographer nor the rater. I post my images for critique only, and almost never rate others. I seldom get meaningful comments, but better that than getting a nonsense number.
