To show object in motion you need to slow down the shutter speed. In this image I had it set to 1/4 sec at f22. This was shot after rain and it was cloudy. I saw the opening of a patch of clouds approaching so I waited. As it passed by (very quickly) the sun shine right through it that when I took the image. Without direct sun light the contrast may not be that obvious. BTW, it's good to invest in a very good tripod.

I think eliminating the sky would remove the distraction from the image. Although, by lowering the angle it would make the foreground more dominant which is fine if there are stronger water current to suggest continuity from the waterfalls.
I'm not sure if it this would work or not but I would try to come closer, not to include the sky, lessen the side of rock on the left (too dominant I think) and add the calm water section and its reflection of the waterfalls to the foreground to complement the falls.

This is very interesting. I can't take my eyes of the image reflect from the glasses. Although they did gaze toward the out of focus image but they came right back to the focus one. It works. However, I wondering if it would be better had the top head was not cut off by the frame.

This is beautiful.

The rock formation is very dominant. I think if the flowers position else it may not be notice. Because it is in the center it draws my attention to it and the dark background did help bring out the color of the flowers. Although, the flowers do seem to be supported by the surrounding rocks rather than "diamond in the rust".

I really like it in B&W. The contrast between the house, the tree and the clouds formation are very nice. I want to keep my eyes focus on the beautiful background but somehow the foreground keep bring me back to view the image as a whole.

Clara,
Very nice composition, I real like this picture. Had their eyes were looking toward to the left (their right) I would be more curious...
