Hello Gabi, seems that you've managed to get up early in the morning...good light indeed...I was wondering if we were there in the same time (I was there between 29 Dec- 3 Jan) but the people seem to be dressed lighter so I suppose you have visited Prague some time ago...

IMHO you have exagerated a bit with the skin post processing....it seems to be plastic and therefore unnatural....
