Not too sure what coverage they have of the US (as I'm based in the UK), but Queensberry
(http://www.queensberry.com/) are very good. They are not cheap, so probably suited
towards your higher end clients, but the level of choice re page layouts, cover materials
etc is fantastic. Also, as a digital photographer myself, I design the entire album through
software called Photojunction and then submitted over the web. They also support matted
pages, pagemount and digital pages, or a combination of all three in any album.
Hope this helps.

Wedding Cancelled: Deposit Woes
in Wedding & Event
Posted
Hi Jim,
There is lot's of feedback here and I wish you the very best of luck as it sounds like you
may have an uphill struggle getting your money back.
As a professional photographer who prides myself on giving the very best service to my
clients (note the term client, not customer!) I would also refund a deposit up to 3 months
before a wedding even if a contract was signed. My thinking is that the potential damage
to my reputation from disgruntled clients is not worth the $500. Besides, more often than
not they have come back to me, and I get additional business from their friends and family
due to the praise given for understanding their plight.
My advice to most photographers who I work with is to offer a full refund is they stand a
good chance of rebooking the date.
I'm sure this doesn't help you too much, but just wanted to let you know that there are
photographers out there who put the client first.
Best of luck.
