i am looking to print cheap posters like you would hang in your room when you were growing up. I want them on the thin magazine letter paper. The thinner the better. Actually bible paper is my ultimate goal. Prob going to go through hell trying to find a place to print on that. However any ideas for either magazine inside pages not cover paper or even thinner.
I am trying to print at least 28 X 32.
Here are generic examples of what I want.

Big posters under 10$
Where is this done.

So who's done this. I want to do it myself not really trying to send all the fun away to someone and pay them 100 bucks. Figure I could
spend that on the chemicals it'll take instead and also learn something in the process.. I got some 4x5 sheets and wana play.

<p>How do I get the camera to focus on an object as small as a ring? I'm shooting 8 X 10 with a 300mm lens. Will I be fine with extending the bellows or will I need to rent another lens. I live in Chicago and have no problem with getting them from either Calumet or Helix, yet I would rather use what I have.</p>

<p>I know that condensation happens when warm air is introduced to cold air.<br>
Living in Chicago, this has fried several of my digital cameras. Any tips to prevent this again this winter?<br>
Is it better to leave a camera in the cold say in a car during night and wait till its warmer during the day to bring them inside?<br>
Im shooting 8X10's and dont want any foging on the lense or bellows since this could lead to mold on the inside of the camera. I've been thinking of using a tent to shelter the camera before shooting. I dont know how much good it could do when it is ten degrees outside.<br>
Should I keep the camera warm by using blankets to wrap the camera?<br>
What if I used a case with air holes so that the two temperatures gradually mix and it does not happen all at once?<br>
What can happen to cameras in cold enviroments? I heard somethig about the shutter can freeze up.</p>

<p>Any tips of portfolio presentation?</p>

mine sucks. My flash never fires. It will work for a bit then nothing. till i twist the cord for 5 minuets and it
starts working for another 5 frames.
Is there any recommendations on how to keep them working, or anything to make them work a little
smoother. Or any way to just not use them at all.

I just shot a image of a group that has been getting lots of exposure lately. A
representative from their label and they want to use it for the album cover or
possibly the back album cover. Does anyone have any tips on pricing something
like this.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to blur out part of an image, by making it
really pixelated. is there a filter that you use?

My 20D broke becasue I dont take care of cameras. I dont care, I use them not collect them. Anyways all
my other lenses and stuff are still working so I only need a body. I was thinking about getting a XTi.
I came across these deals. I was wondering if anyone else knows if these are too good to be true?

I've been wanting some studio strobes for a little while now. I found these on
ebay.
They are really really cheap and I feel that they might not been any good I mean
a studio strobe for 40?
Does anyone know anything about these? good? no good?
I was wondering what are some of the things I should look for to know what ones
are good. Any sugestions on what other people are using would be great. Also I
do a lot of location work.
My sunpacks work great for this but does any one have any suggestions on fixing
up some sort of model lights for them. Those tend to really help out.
Thanks

Hello everyone I was wondering on your take of using light stands vs. tripods
for on location shoots. I have both I recently got the light stands but they
always need to be put onto a flat surface, and on location is is sometimes hard
to find one. This is making me want to use tripods more. The problem is that I
can harldy ever get my lights to the hights I desire. Does anyone know of some
lightweight tripods that you can bring up to about 8 feet or so? Possibly cheap
ones also.

Hello everyone, I recently thought up a fun project that I am about to undertake
using toy cameras and expired 620 film, both color and black and white, to get
odd effects. I have a film tank but I have not yet gotten the chemicals for the
processing.
I was wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions for what chemicals to get
since I am wokring with old outdated film.
The films dates range from 1948 to 1989.
Thankyou
