    Too bad the focus seems a little off; looks like the camera jittered a bit in the low light. Also, it might be better if the background objects were moved out of frame. It seems cropped a bit tight too.

    Heh, guess that proves you can't keep a good idea down--back in the 80s there was a zine by a guy who travelled around with a bowling pin and photographed it in various locations and "poses". It was pretty cool though I don't remember the name of it now (getting old, don't ya know). No bowling ball, though; just the pin.

    Unfortunately, there will be no direct sun at this spot until spring. Believe me, I intend to go back (went back this morning even) and try again when the light might be better.
