Another of your great captures! I like the pose and the highlights under the shaded wing. Great exposure.

Excellent capture of a quick little bird.

Excellent, sharp shot. The talon marks on the branch add interest. A little PS work and those spaces in the fence could become bars in the American flag. :)

Amazing! Sharp, good composition. I would love to get such a shot. Thanks for showing it can be done.

Very beautiful. Congratulations!

Great picture of the female red-bellied woodpecker, Don. Is the scary face behind her Old Man Winter himself? :)

Superb as usual. There are a couple of dark spots/smears on the background (on my monitor). They could easily be cloned out. Your eagles are always amazing.

Nice view of the back feathers and tail. This is an excellent pose, well-exposed. You have come a long way from that first cardinal posting. I am personally thinking about no longer posting birds. People do seem to be tired of them, and I am tired of the carping and indifference.

I too prefer this version. It's an excellent mood piece that could be any time of year.

Sharp, good dof. The insect adds interest.

A difficult shot to expose correctly against the white snow. The ducks lose color and definition, but good action in the one duck.

Beautiful sunburst color. Would like to see a little sharper stamens, but very nice against the black background.

Wanted to give a 7/7 but wasn't allowed. Very nice!

Good shot. You are lucky to see this guy at this angle. I'm usually looking high in a tree or at the feeder when I see these.

Thanks, Keith, for presenting this one. I don't ever see these Flickers. Wish I did. Good composition and exposure.
