The photo is ok, you can almost feel his sorrow, but I find the term 'beggar' out of line.

He looks to be a war veteran and thus he deserves to be treated better.

A beautiful black and white. I like the arrogant look! There is something that makes me look again and again and after a few times looking I think it is the straigth vertical line between the two heads that makes me wonder what if the camera was held horizontally?

How can we be negative? Well, one thing and that is because my german is better than yours. It says: Smoking may be deadly. If you take another look at your photo I suspect the cowboy has his gun pointed at the eating man's back, in other words who kills? The cowboy with his gun or the man with his sandwich?? LOL
