Hello: I'm very used to scan my slides with the Nikon Coolscan V ED. The quality is very, very good. If you you want to use your photos in the internet, computer, or other, is the best option. With this scanner, you can upload high quality pictures and work them in Photoshop. The pictures can easily reach the 20 or 30 MB. The colours and contrast are excelent.
If you use a desktop scanner (the "normal" scanner) the quality is very poor. I think it doesn't worth a try.
The darkroom let you control the photo in an "analogic" way. It's expensive but more pure and exciting photography, because you can "feel" the photo (it's my opinion!!!). The quality of the darkroom work, depends on the materials, the quality of the enlarger and and your skill. But the quality is just awesome.
I hope this helps. Best regards!

The fact is that this is a second hand camera. But I have this camera for over a year, with AA batteries and always with the BP-50, without any problem. Until now, when recently I changed the batteries for new ones. I've never used the camera without the BP-50 and I've never used the 2CR5 battery in this camera. The contacts seems OK. I'm wondering if I'm tightening to much the screw of the BP-50! What do you think if I change this AA alkaline batteries for AA Ni-Mh 2000 mA? I'm trying to avoid the 2CR5 because is too expensive (Is it possible to recharge?). Thanks for all your help and best regards.

Hello to all:
I have an EOS ELAN IIe/50e and I use the battery grip BP-50. The problem is
that the camera indicates, always, lack of power, and even the internal flash
doesn't pops out. I put new batterys (AA) and the problem continues. I've read
some opinions of this camera and some users talked about this problem too. I
don't even shot 1 roll and the indicator blinks and I always use normal auto
focus (I don't use eye focus because it uses more power).
What should I do? Is it "normal"? Does anyone has any tip to solve my problem?
Many thanks and best regards!

Hello Danny:
An excelent lens for portraits (especially architecture and landscapes)is the Canon 17-35mm f2.8. If you don't have enough money to buy it, try the 17-35 f2.8 from Sigma, you wont get disapointed.

That's the problem. The informations on the internet about this light meter source battery are quite different. I don't know which one is the correct information. So I fear to had chosen a bad light meter.

Does anyone can confirm to me if the Soligor UF-II light meter really uses the SR-44 battery? I'm trying to google this but without success!
You are giving me very good informations, thanks for all your help!!!

Well, I hope you're right. The fact is that I read that this light meter uses SR-44 (1,55 volts) an that this battery had mercury, so they banned this battery. Sooner I get the light meter, I'll ask for my local dealer about this battery. I'll prey to find it, so I could use the light meter. Thanks a lot for your information. If you have others informations please let me know.

Hello:
I want to publish some photos in the internet. But I would like to put my name
in the photo, with the copyright mark. Where can I get a free software to do
this? Some months ago I used a software to do this but after put my name on the
photos each photo doubled the size, and I didn't want this. Is there any
solution? Thanks

Hello:
I purchased a light meter in a aution in Internet (Soligor UF-II). But now I
read that this light meter uses a battery that no longer exist, the SR-44
battery. IS THAT TRUE???
Now I'm very worried about it! Where can I get a battery for this light meter?
What is the solution for this problem? I look in the internet and there are
some expensive solutions and gadgets to replace old batterys! Isn't any other
similar battery that I could use in this light meter?
Many thanks for the help and regards to all,

Hello Richard Wolzt:
In fact, I don't have the take-up spool and it is a bit complicated to have one in my local dealer because I bought the camera in a internet aution. It is very kind of you if you send me one or two take-up spools. I am very, very interested. I don't know your e-mail, so please, tell me your e-mail and I will send you my address. My e-mail is: montanhacz@gmail.com
Many thanks for your attention and best regards!!!

Hello:
I bought a Lubitel 166B. While I was trying to learn how to work with this
camera, I saw that it was missing the take-up spool piece. Without this piece I
cannot load the film. My question is: Does anyone have this piece that could
sell it for me, or, does anyone knows where can I get this piece?
If someone have a Lubitel 166B broken or out of use, please contact me because
I would like to buy the take-up spool piece. Please help me!!!
Many thanks to all of you.

Well... I decided to buy the Lubitel. Now, I am waiting to arrive the camera to my home, to start taking photos. I still have the dream to buy a Rolleiflex or a Yashica. Sooner I get some money I will buy one of these. Many thanks to all of you by your opinions. You've helped me a lot. Best regards.

I'm soory but it wasn't supposed to appear a question mark. What I mean was 21 british pounds.

Well I'm thinking in spending about 21? (more or less). Yes, I know that with this amount of ? it will be very hard to find a decent camera. I do 35mm photography, but I just want to try now the 120mm (without selling any of my 35mm equipment of course). If you know some good auction to buy a reazonable camera for about 21? please let me know. Many thanks to all!

Well I am from portugal. The thing is that someone is going to sell me one of these two cameras and I have to choose, and I don't have much money, so... I know that these cameras aren't very good, and I would prefer a Yashica Mat 124G, but can't afford one right now. Why is the Seagull better than Lubitel? Thanks for your help.

I want to buy a medium format camera (a cheap one). I would like to know what
is the best camera to buy: Lubitel 166B or the Seagull 4A. I would like to know
beetween these two models what is the best, and what model has the best
features and is more durable: Thanks for your help.

Hello:
I just finished to buy a second hand camera, an old camera. I looked in the
internet, but I can't find nothing about this camera. The fact is that I would
like to know the age of the camera, and other relevant informations. The camera
is a 35mm viewfinder camera, with a 45mm fixed lens Anastigmatic, f2.8 (range
of apertures: f2.8; f4.0; f5.6; f8.0; f11 and f16). In the front of the camera
says "NERA 200" (Made in Hong Kong on the bottom and nothing more). The camera
looks old, maybe from 1960's or 50's, and the obturator is in the lenses
(diafragm obturator). The camera has a shutter speeds of: B; 1/30; 1/60; 1/125
and 1/250. The camera focus from 1 meter to infinit. Please, anyone that knows
informations about this camera, e-mail me.

Hello:
I want to buy a lens for wildlife photography, especially birds. I'm thinking
in one of these two lenses (which will be used with a 1.4x and 2x
teleconverter). I would like to know which is better for this kind of
photography. What are the pros and cons of these lenses? My main idea is a lens
with high quality of image.
Thanks very much for all your help. Best regards.
