Great shot, and I really like your presentation with the border. This is worthy of printing poster-size. This is also one of those very rare shots where I think partial desaturation "works." Abuse of that technique is a pet peeve of mine, if I'm entitled to pet peeves on PN, as few photos as I've uploaded myself...
  1. I think the composition would look more balanced if you moved further to the right and recomposed with the tree where it is, so the church would be more toward the right and there wouldn't be so much open space there.
  2. This photo evokes my feeling about modern urban architecture: shiny and clean and bright, yet still looming and menacing. Like the jewels in a king's crown, the hard chrome and glittering lights only serve to remind you, the mortal man on the street, that you're nothing in the eyes of the corporations that inhabit these god-towers.

And uh, great exposure. I bet it would have been tricky with a film camera. Digial certainly opens up many opportunities if you know its strengths, which you seem to, if this single photo is any indication...

Maybe I'm just biased because I'm from the Summit City myself, but I really love what you've done with these pictures. I particularly like this one and the one of the Lincoln tower with the flag. Great composition.
