4.
Mode of transports, will be planes and automobiles. No trains ;)
I definitely plan to use a proper back pack (F-Stop Guru) to transport between where we are staying. But for day trips, I don't want to be holding much I'm thinking a Blackrapid and a TT belt with a lens pouch (probably more comfortable than the usual messenger style bag, I used a retro 5 last time and by end of day it was extremely uncomfortable).
No doubt the 24-105MM range is useful, I just haven't it much.

 5. Hello all, I will be traveling to Seville, Granada, Barcelona, Greek Islands and Rome this summer and am trying to narrow down my kit. The last time I travelled to Europe I brought a 35mm and 24mm 1.4. The 35mm was excellent and I got a lot of shots I was quite pleased with. The 24mm is also fantastic but I would say specialized. It can work wonders for environmental portraits but is sometimes not wide enough for landscape or architecture. I do enjoy zooming with my feet but obviously that is not always possible eg bullfight! I'm having a tough time deciding on my kit. I'm pretty set on the 35mm 1.4. Basically thinking. Option 1. 20mm, 35mm, 70-200f4 Option 2. 20mm, 35mm, 24-120mm In both cases the 20mm could be substituted for a 24mm prime but not if that is a good idea as it again might not be wide enough but at same time it will also allow for some really unique portraits. I will be using an FX camera. I appreciate any suggestions!
