<p>I wanted to know if anyone can tell me what this adapter is. I picked up a Leica MD and this adapter came attached to the lens mount of the camera. I assume it may be an adapter for a microscope but I am not sure. It's an M mount on the back but M39 LTM on the front. Any help in identifying it is appreciated.</p><div></div>
