I love the the stark minimalism and the leaf detail!

If I had to critique something at all, I'd suggest a tighter crop off the top of the frame.

This is wonderful, the positions of the rocks are a 'piece' by themselves wonderfully exposed. The excellent sky formation and the foreground earth just complete an excellent capture.

John, I never quite know what attracts me to a photograph..but these ones do too ~ it's simple, it's direct, contains vivid colours, shows a lot of texture..etc., and I think these shots just work!

(PS..did you consider a B&W version?)~ Mike.

... wonderful light ~ my critique? ~ perhaps a bit less of the sky above the moon, and more of the lesser foreground mountains, to put the height of this wonderful mountain in height perspective.

Hi Ram,

Nice shot, but lacking a bit of a 'punch' for me.

I 'played' with this image and just adjusting the Levels brought out the colours ~ especially the sky and the red earth of the mountains better ~ and even took away the slight haziness/blur that isn't actually there.

i 'played' a bit and thought a teeny-weeny more color saturation (in the red/brown area) might be would be worth trying too.

I like the mix of the dark and almost pastel shades of colour in this one.

On the critique side ~ I wish there were a bit more of the wall seen above the window, and a bit less beneath.
