This series in BW has a very dreamy and cosy feel to it - for me it works very well. It does not work for me in color though :-)

This is one of the view where one of my flashguns did not trigger, so

I got a very strange and uneven light.

I thought that the pose and the shadow (which was created by accident,

to be honest) are still quite effective.

So I conversted it using SilverEfecs and in there the Kodak TriX

simulation.

Indeed, the lower part is quite dark. It is dark on purpose, but it may well be too dark. This was shot when uploaded and post processed using a (fairly good) laptop display. Although this is calibrated, it is nowhere near to a real monitor...

So indeed it might be my fault - thanks for pointing it out!

It may be a bit dark in her Face (depending also on the Monitor I am sure), but overall this is a very nice and clever made photo.

But not this one - this is very sensiual, interesting to look at, even erotic - I like it a lot!

I didn't care for the white ballance. Feel that the yellowish light

adds nicely

I really like the retro style. Pose and surrounding are a nice fit to it

I like the eye contact. I find the pose ok and that you took that looking down on her has it's sense, I guess.

My problem here is the sepia - respectively the lack of contrast, which is often caused by sepia. I simply would love to see it more punchy

This is one of those... not much to say: Take a nice girl, a talented photographer, perfect light and a nice / alluring pose - wht you get is this. Close to perfect!

I also have a bw version (not uploaded), since the structures are

calling for bw - but then: I like the colors :-)

This is a bad shot.

I happened to see this model in a Kimono in the middle of the bamboo

forrest. She was shooting with a pro.

I just raised the camera and fired - a matter of fractions of a

second, as they were about to move on.

Unfortunately I just had my small G10 with me and at ISO 200 the

shutter speed was too slow and I have shake blurr all over...

But I thought wouw - this is such a strong image (contend wise), I

give it a try: Converted very soft on purpose, made some other tweaks

and tried to give it a dreamy rather than unsharp expression.

Difficult, because I had only my G10 with me. Did some de - noising

(Topaz) and then convert to BW using Silver Efex

Very nice indeed! Light and pose support the beautiful female forms very well. The softness is nice, colors are great.

You made a ver nice and effective combination / composition between model and nature - very nice. Colors add to that.

I have a hard time with nudes in color, I jut can't get them spot on.

BW works better - for me

Only suggestions: Observe the weather forecast and return with her once it is very cloudy - some clouds in the sky would add nicely
