    I blended 3 handheld exposures manually to get this photo detailed at

    all levels of the dynamic range and get rid of fellow tourists.

    Although it's an HDR I like to think that this photo manages to extend

    the range without resulting in that 'cartoony' look many other HDRs

    have. What do you think?

    This is a great image and I love the use of 3 elements and the colours. I just wish that the framing was such that the mast (and its reflection) were not cut off. Good work!

    Our boat bobbed around peacefully at dawn that day with thefjordside rising majestically out of the water over 10km away. The icybit in the distance you see is Blåskavlen (I think).

    This photo reminds me of the relative impermanence of thingsman-made (the boat) when juxtaposed with the timeless majesty ofnature (the distant fjord side). Long after every person alive rightnow is dead and forgotten that glacier will look the same...
