Long trip coming up, putting together minimalist lens kit for Z6

last year I went to Iceland I packed my tripod and monopod in checked luggage, D800, Nikon 24-70 f2.8g, Zeiss Milvus 2/100m in overhead in lower backpack, but most of the time I used my iPhone Xs -
