I like this one :)- good exposure against the snow and excellent lighting to show texture across the face.
Some things you might want to try : It looks like the cropping's too tight ..there's not enough space above the peak for the mountain to reach into. Leaving in some more foreground would have added some depth as well. Have you tried saturating the blue in the sky ?
