Great idea! Love the colors. When I see this image with the black background, I keep thinking of it with more negative space. I would like to see some black on the left and top of the swirl. Just my opinion.

Beautiful. Perfect lighting. I like the misty effect. I don't mind having the edge of El Capitan centered because it seems balanced out. Great shot.

When I first saw this thumbnail I was excited. ;). But, now as I look at the large view, I find the lack of DoF quite distracting for my taste. Especially how part of the stick is out of focus. Good idea, and nice composition. I think this could definately be texture if the ball was a bit more in focus. Even in the medium view above the comment box the texture is more visible.

Thanks for commenting. I'm just 15, so I don't have any wedding bands kicking around. haha. This is the only round object I could find. I believe that a wedding band has been done before. Good idea though.

I have to agree with the comments above. Great contrast in colors. Diagonal composition is very nice. It seems as though the very center of the rope is out of focus but, with close-up such as this, perfect focus cannot always be achieved. Great sharpness! A very good theme fit. Megan

Perfect timing! Great colors and lighting. Nice composition. I don't mind the centered horizon, but I do find the slanting horizon a bit distracting. Mind you, anyone else not interested in taking photos probably would not even notice it. Megan

Beautiful colors! I like the inclusion of the land on the left, and the reeds in the water. Adds a bit something to the foreground. Nice reflection. I am a bit confused as to what the stripe of color is at the horizon. I get confused easily, so who knows, maybe what it is is very obvious. Megan

Definately texture! I really like the diagonal composition. Good job focusing, it seems like for the most part she is totally in focus. I don't mind the white background because it is not blown-out white. Great theme fit! Megan

Great persepective. Black and White looks great! I have two minor things I would change. One: I would crop out the wheels in the top right, however, that will remove some of the man walking. Second, I find the out-of-focus bricks in the foreground distracting, so I would also like to see those cropped out. Simply my preferences. Megan
