    Thanks. I am pleased with the results. I bought some theater lights and a spotlight was one of them. I was able to screw in a LED bulb from a DIY store and start using it, which was pretty painless for a new toy.

    Madison on Colfax
    It is the result of holding two filters in front of the lens to cut down on the amount of light getting to the camera body. I didn't do a perfect job of holding the filters and thence, the flare. So, it was an accident, but I like the effect.
