i could agree paul. infact i was afraid of not getting the detail in the footsteps. Have any idea's? It seems as if the exposure of the footsteps are at their limit. More under exposed than this maybe would of have hidden the footsteps...I used an orange filter for this. I have trouble getting darker skys even with a red filter because if i expose for the land then i get gray skys with white clouds (like this photo), and if i expose for the sky, i get all the land under exposed but not black (silouette). So unless there is significant contrast in the seen, i have trouble. Again, any idea's would be helpful. Thanks though for your suggestion.
