Thank you Peter, by reading your link maybe are recovery files created by Photoshop.
The swp files are sitting on the folde with all my other photos no matter which apps are running.

I have the same combination you have: Kenko tubes and nikon 70-200 2.8.
It works fine and it focus ok. Try to use the tubes with a shorter lens (I do it with the 24-70) it works better because it has more magnification.

I had the same doubt and finaly got the Lr version, I'm happy with it. If I want to apply a nik filter to a photoshopped image I do it from the photoshopped image that shows in Lr. If I want to photoshop a nik procesed image I do it from the nik processed image that Lr shows.

Make with Photoshop a nice oversaturated photo of a dinosaur in top of the mountain and a fish with wings and bear head flying arround, something that is clearly a manipulation, save it as a tiff, open it with Nikon capture NX2 and click save as NEF. You have created your original RAW(NEF) file to send them and maybe they undestand how stupid is their request.

I am considering changing my computer from a pc to a mac. Will my Lightroom work just introducing the key number? What about my student PS (it comes in a CD) I plan to download the mac version and introducing the (windows) key number. Is it going to work? What about my nik plugins?

I discovered a more useful one: When a button is customized to do braketing burst and you push it at the same time as you take a picture, it performs a brust at 8fps whithout any grip.
