I originally stumbled upon your ?Bow River? image in the critique forum, I like that photo although I feel it could perhaps do with slightly more in the foreground to really seal the sense of depth and scale within the image as a whole. I thought that the river bank to the right of the frame was effective at doing this however on the left where there were no rocks etc the image lacked a specific frame and foreground reference point.
I have chosen to comment on this image however as it is my favourite of your uploads so far, the colours are great and to me the size of the trees relative to the rest of the scene really conveys the scale and majesty of the environment.
I notice that you are a brand new member to this site and although I am not a heavy user myself I?m confident that you will find a nice community here. The weakness of the critique/rating system is that you?re images can often be battered by a great number of totally anonymous poor ratings with no reasoning behind them, as such you shouldn?t be too put off if you do not receive much in the way of positive acclaim. I guess that some people are just difficult to win over, that said the standard of some images posted here is incredible.

Nice shot, doesn't look 'too HDR'

Nice car, nice shot. Did you get any of it in action?

Very nice, always good to see a new perspective on a well known place

Very, very good. Has a timeless quality to it.

I quite like this, however my personal favourite of your shots in the pear.

I appreciate your idea and composistion, however to me the shadow generated by the flash doesn't do this image any favours. Maybe you should look into natrual light in the future.

I like basis of your image however I feel it could be improved. To start the colours seem very blue from my perspective, this could have been caused by a poor white balance selection. In my case I prefer warmer colours, particually in the case where the flower could really do with a bit of a kick to bring out the yellows and oranges. Finally you might want to improve the composition slightly also, I don't much like other flower which intrudes into the bottom left of the frame.
