Got the permission from parents, they were aware of our presence, I took many pictures and they got them too, however, this one wasnt publishes, we used some other ones.

The baby was born with the heart that wouldnt perform well, so the operation was inevitable, but successful!

When working for an agency, U cant adjust the lines - Nelson's column...
Also, have U seen a pro running around with a tripod? Not much in Europe, unless going to shoot sports.
On the other hand, like ur pix, water in the picture taken on a long exposure + tripod looks great.
