Thank you for your comments...I love the expression on my daughters face in this photo. The shadow is a little harsh from the flash, but I love the vibrant colors of her eyes and sweater....I am very proud of her!

Incredible photo! The limited depth of field isolates the subject perfectly. I love how I can see every last detail of the feathers and the rim-lighting/highlighting of the beak!

Hi...I have been learning how to scan b&w negs with the Minolta

5400II, I thought that this turned out well, just thought I would see

what others thought. BTW...the highlights on the edges of the cactus

are real, they are not from oversharpening or some other
