Perhaps a better image may have been captured had the photographer waited for the sun to illuminate the foreground which is rather flat.

This is a stunningly beautiful scene, the range of colours in the cloud from pale yellow to deep red is fantastic. I would crop most of the foreground leaving just the skyline and would also crop the edges to emphasise the towering
nature of the cloud. Excellent.
